GentleGuide is for parents in Australia looking up Netflix titles. We keep this short and in plain language.

If you create an account, we store your email and a password handled by our auth provider. We use that sign-in so you can save favourites and, if you choose, subscribe to Pro.

Favourites are tied to your account. We do not sell your list, and we do not use it to target ads.

Payments go through Stripe. We do not keep your full card number. Stripe tells us whether your Pro plan is active so we can show the full guides.

Title notes live in our product, not in a profile about your child. We do not ask for your child's name, school, or health information.

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in. You can sign out at any time from the dashboard.

Netflix, Disney+, Stan, ABC iView, title names, and artwork belong to their owners. GentleGuide is not partnered with those services.

The live catalogue uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API. Availability ("on Netflix AU") comes from JustWatch via TMDB and can lag a day or two. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
