GentleGuide is for parents in Australia looking up Netflix titles. We keep this short and in plain language.

If you create an account, we store your email and a password handled by our auth provider. We use that sign-in so you can save favourites and, if you choose, subscribe to GentleGuide Pro.

Favourites are tied to your account. We do not sell your list, and we do not use it to target ads.

Payments go through Stripe. We do not keep your full card number. Stripe tells us whether your GentleGuide Pro plan is active so we can show the full guides.

Title notes live in our product, not in a profile about your child. We do not ask for your child's name, school, or health information.

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in. You can sign out at any time from Account.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views, and PostHog to understand how parents move through lookup, sign-up, and GentleGuide Pro. Those tools are for product improvement, not ads. We do not send them information about your child.

Netflix, Disney+, Stan, ABC iView, title names, and artwork belong to their owners. GentleGuide is not partnered with those services.
