Arthur, Ada's big brother, is in a backyard fort with a locked door. He will only let Ada, Rosie, and Iggy in if they open it without coming near. He is playing a puzzle, not trapped against his will, but he is still inside and they cannot reach him yet.
Theme. A locked door with someone you love on the other side can feel like a stuck-in-there story even when he set the rule.
