The mayor's pants will not stay up. That is the emergency. Chico Bon Bon, a monkey with a full tool belt, rolls out with Tiny, Clark, and Rainbow Thunder. Blunderburg is having an Underwear Parade. They talk stretch and snap, sew a waistband, and sing. Bright STEM for preschool. The joke is underwear. The volume is the theme song.
The mayor's royal undies keep dropping in public. Kids may go shy or go loud. The Fix-It Force theme is busy. Tools, a workshop, a race to the parade. Nobody is hurt. Embarrassment is the feeling, not a scare.
4-6. A gentle fix-it show. Sit nearby if pants-falling makes your child go quiet or wild, and turn the song down if sound is hard.
7-9. Usually easy and young. The same undies gag can still get a wince.
10-12. Fine as a younger-sibling watch. Nothing here is meant to linger at bedtime.
