TV series -- 2022 -- Netflix
From the Octonauts team. Sam Snow, an arctic fox, and Kit Casey, a tapir, are animal detectives for CLADE. In this first case a snake bites the engineer of the Monsoon Express. The train speeds up. They need the right venom for an antidote before the end of the line. Cute, factual, and a real bite.

Someone has bitten the driver. The train does not slow down. Sam Snow, an arctic fox in a suit, and Kit Casey, a tapir with gadgets, board the Monsoon Express in the jungle. Mice take photos. A viper is on board. They need his venom so the engineer can stand up and brake. Bright, talky, animal facts. The bite and the crash talk are the sample, not a lullaby.
The engineer is bitten in a corridor and goes dazed. Passengers hear they might crash. The train throws things about. A saw-scaled viper (they also say chain snake) lunges at Sam. Kit jumps in, collects venom, mixes an antidote. The engineer wakes and stops in time.
4-6. Four is below this scale. Five and six need you for the bite, the lunge, and the crash talk. Cute detectives do not cancel a snake on a train.
7-9. A fair try with someone nearby. Pause for the bite and the viper. Facts help some kids; they still may not want the lunge.
10-12. Usually easy. They may find it young; the same bite can still look sharp.
Counts are how often that theme shows up in the notes -- not when it happens.
We would not put this on for a child under 5 and leave the room. Plan to sit with them at least until 6. After that, many families can watch with a grown-up nearby rather than on the couch. The notes above say what happens. You know your child. This is not medical advice.
