On the Monsoon Express, the engineer steps into a corridor, meets a shadowy figure, and is bitten. She stumbles back dazed. Two mice photograph it. Her assistant does not know the controls.
Theme. A working grown-up taken out by a hidden bite is a 'who is driving' scare. The cartoon faces do not erase the puncture.
What to say. You might say: 'A snake bit the driver. She is sick, not gone. Sam and Kit are coming. We can skip the bite and join when they are on the train.'
